Temperatures in the UAE will drop to a chilly 10°C in the mountainous areas, while inland regions will experience warmer conditions, reaching up to 32°C. The weather is expected to remain clear with dusty conditions in some eastern areas. A yellow alert has been issued for potential fog in certain regions. Stay prepared for fluctuating temperatures across the country.
Foggy weather conditions are expected to continue across the UAE this weekend, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM). The NCM has issued a yellow alert, warning residents of reduced visibility, especially in the early mornings. The fog is likely to affect road safety, with some areas experiencing thick mist, particularly in coastal and internal regions. Drivers are advised to exercise caution, reduce speed, and maintain a safe distance while traveling.
In addition to the fog, dusty conditions are also expected in some eastern areas of the country, which could reduce visibility further. Temperatures will range from a low of 10°C in mountainous regions to a high of 32°C in internal areas. The weather is expected to remain dry and clear, with moderate winds.
Residents are urged to stay informed of the latest weather updates from the NCM and take necessary precautions to ensure safety during this weather condition.
A yellow alert for fog has been issued by the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) in its daily forecast to warn residents of low visibility and fog formation. The alert highlights areas at risk, including coastal and inland regions, where the fog is expected to form, especially during the early morning hours. The NCM advises caution when driving, as reduced visibility could create hazardous conditions on the roads. Drivers are urged to slow down, maintain a safe distance, and be extra vigilant during these foggy conditions.
For specific areas affected by the fog, refer to the NCM’s detailed map included in the daily forecast, which outlines the regions with the highest risk of fog formation. The weather conditions may persist until the morning clears, so residents should stay updated with the latest weather warnings from the NCM.
Overall, the weather in the UAE is expected to be fair to partly cloudy, with dusty conditions affecting some eastern regions at times. Humidity will rise during the night and into Monday morning, with a chance of fog or mist formation. Humidity levels will peak at 90% in internal and coastal areas, making it feel even more oppressive. Residents are advised to prepare for fluctuating visibility and take precautions for possible health effects due to high humidity.
Light to moderate winds are expected to blow across the UAE, with occasional gusts refreshing the atmosphere. The sea will be moderate to slight in the Arabian Gulf, and slight in the Oman Sea, providing calmer conditions for coastal activities.
Temperatures will vary across the country, with the mercury dropping to a cool 10°C in the mountainous areas. In contrast, internal regions will see highs of around 32°C. Dubai is forecast to reach 30°C, while Abu Dhabi will experience slightly cooler conditions, with temperatures peaking at 29°C. Residents should prepare for mild conditions in coastal areas and warmer temperatures inland.
