Accused Rape Suspect Rocky Mittal Claims Blackmail, Points to Sonipat-Based Politician

“Haryana BJP President Mohan Lal Badoli and Rocky Mittal Deny Rape Allegations by Delhi Woman”

Rocky Mittal Refutes Rape Allegations, Calls FIR a “Political Scandal”

Former BJP publicity cell chairman Rocky Mittal, also known as Jai Bhagwan, along with Haryana BJP president Mohan Lal Badoli, has denied the rape allegations filed against them by a Delhi-based woman. The accusations allege that the two men raped the woman in July 2023 at a hotel in Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh.

Speaking to the media for the first time since the FIR was filed in December 2023, Mittal described the allegations as part of a “murky political scandal.” He claimed that the entire situation had been orchestrated by a group of people over the last five to six years, suggesting that there were hidden political motives behind the accusations.

Mittal further stated, “I have multiple phone call recordings related to this alleged crime,” and suggested that the woman should undergo a polygraph test to reveal the truth. He dismissed the woman’s claims, accusing her of “shedding crocodile tears.”

The Himachal Pradesh police are currently investigating the case, and both Mittal and Badoli have refuted the charges, calling them politically motivated and aiming to tarnish their reputations. The investigation is ongoing, and the police are working to uncover the truth behind the accusations.

Rocky Mittal Claims Rape Allegations Part of Political Conspiracy, Calls for CBI Probe

In a fresh statement regarding the rape allegations against him and Haryana BJP president Mohan Lal Badoli, former BJP publicity cell chairman Rocky Mittal has claimed that the accusations are part of a political conspiracy aimed at damaging the reputations of BJP leaders. Mittal alleged that the woman who filed the case, along with her friend, had visited his home in Panchkula with the intention of meeting Badoli. He claimed to have at least eight phone call recordings proving the woman’s true intentions, which he says were to blackmail the BJP leaders.

Mittal further stated that a Sonipat-based politician is behind the entire incident, aiming to have Badoli removed from his position as BJP president. He called for the case to be handed over to the CBI to uncover the truth.

“The accusations are a result of the political muck being stirred,” Mittal said, adding that several people had been blackmailed using multiple CDs. According to Mittal, this situation is tied to infighting within the BJP, and he firmly rejected any personal involvement in the matter. “I should not be dragged into their own infighting,” he concluded.

Mittal’s statements suggest that the ongoing investigation, led by Himachal Pradesh police, could take a significant turn if the case is handed over to the CBI for further scrutiny.

Rocky Mittal Claims to Have Proof of Blackmail, Will Share Only with CBI or Senior Police Officers

Rocky Mittal, who is accused of rape alongside Haryana BJP president Mohan Lal Badoli, has stated that he possesses ample evidence to support his claims that the allegations are part of a political conspiracy. However, Mittal has made it clear that he will only share this evidence with the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) or senior police officers when necessary.

Mittal continues to maintain his innocence, suggesting that the entire situation is driven by political motivations aimed at damaging BJP leadership. He has reiterated that the truth should be uncovered through an independent investigation, preferably by the CBI.

The ongoing investigation by Himachal Pradesh police is expected to delve deeper into these claims, and Mittal’s offered cooperation with the authorities could provide significant insights into the case.

Badoli’s Wife Geeta Kaushik Demands CBI Probe into Rape Allegations Against Husband and Rocky Mittal

Geeta Kaushik, wife of Haryana BJP president Mohan Lal Badoli, has joined in calling for a CBI investigation into the rape allegations leveled against her husband and Rocky Mittal. She echoed Mittal’s stance, insisting that a thorough investigation by the CBI is essential to uncover the truth behind the accusations.

Kaushik emphasized the need for an independent, transparent inquiry to bring clarity to the case, which she believes is politically motivated. The demand for a CBI probe reflects growing concerns over the fairness and transparency of the ongoing investigation by the Himachal Pradesh police.

As both Mittal and Kaushik continue to push for a CBI investigation, the case has sparked significant attention, with political implications and personal reputations hanging in the balance.

Victim Claims Threat to Life, Says She Has Evidence to Support Rape Allegations Against Badoli and Mittal

The victim who has accused Haryana BJP president Mohan Lal Badoli and former BJP publicity cell chairman Rocky Mittal of rape recently expressed fears for her life. She stated that she possesses sufficient evidence to substantiate her claims against the two men. According to her, Mittal allegedly offered her a role in one of his music albums, while Badoli promised to provide her with a government job in exchange for her silence.

The victim’s statements have intensified the controversy surrounding the case, with her claiming that both men tried to manipulate her through promises of career opportunities. These new allegations add a layer of complexity to the accusations and have raised concerns about the potential motives behind the alleged assault.

Mittal and Badoli continue to deny the charges, with Mittal maintaining that the case is politically driven, while both have called for a CBI investigation to bring clarity to the situation. The police investigation is still ongoing, and the case is likely to take a new direction in light of these developments.
